Sales Delegate Representative (Events)

Remote (Philippines-based)

Targeting APAC & ASEAN Regions

VirtuCall PH is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Delegate Representative to join our events team. In this role, you will be responsible for securing high-quality delegates for various B2B conferences, summits, and exhibitions across the APAC and ASEAN regions. You'll play a crucial part in ensuring the success of our clients' events by achieving and exceeding delegate acquisition targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct targeted outreach to potential event delegates via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Clearly articulate event value propositions to C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Qualify prospects based on event criteria and their potential to contribute and benefit.
  • Manage the end-to-end delegate sales cycle, from initial contact to registration.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing and event management teams to optimize outreach strategies.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team targets for delegate acquisition.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and pipeline status.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or delegate sales (minimum 2 years preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of or experience with APAC and/or ASEAN business cultures is a plus.
  • Ability to engage confidently with senior-level professionals.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient with a positive attitude.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Appointment Setter / Cold Caller (US Coaches Campaign)

Remote (Philippines-based, US Hours)

Targeting US-based Coaches

VirtuCall PH is looking for motivated and articulate Appointment Setters / Cold Callers to spearhead a new campaign targeting coaches in the US market. Your primary responsibility will be to engage prospective clients (coaches) via outbound calls, generate interest in our services, and schedule qualified appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to a list of US-based coaches.
  • Effectively deliver a prepared script to introduce our services and identify needs.
  • Handle objections professionally and persuasively.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria (e.g., interest level, need, authority).
  • Schedule qualified appointments for the senior sales consultants.
  • Accurately document all call information and outcomes in the CRM.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for calls made and appointments set.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine scripts and strategies based on call feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in outbound cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting, preferably targeting the US market.
  • Excellent command of the English language, with a clear, neutral, or near-native US accent.
  • Proven ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems is essential.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Ability to work US business hours (night shift in the Philippines).
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment for remote work.
